Having worked for over 25 years in international financial services, Bronwyn Wright is a forward thinker with a natural leadership and partnership proficiency. Throughout her global financial career where she was responsible for multiple businesses across several jurisdictions. She has worked and engaged with asset managers, financial institutions, distributors, regulators, investors, services providers as well as ensuring product development, pre-acquisition due diligence in Asia, post-acquisition integration across EMEA. She has effected multiple business efficiencies such as streamlining processes, automated solutions and centralisation of activities.

She is an experienced professional independent director who will bring a value contribution to your board. Bronwyn will work with you to understand your business, its current and future direction and how she can assist with it’s growth.

With a Degree in Economics and Politics and a Masters in Economics from University College Dublin, Bronwyn has contributed to the Irish Funds educational development in various capacities, including co-author of a Diploma in Mutual Funds, virtual web based lectures in financial services and part of an executive committee for a PhD finance programme. She has written numerous industry articles, and chairs and participates in industry seminars in Europe and the US.

Michelle Wright is a qualified chartered certified accountant with over 15 years’ international financial experience working in global financial services. Including a B.Sc. (Mgmt) from Trinity College, Dublin and a Diploma in Mutual Funds from the Institute of Bankers, Michelle’s extensive exposure to the financial industry includes aircraft leasing, oversight and global due diligence.

She has reviewed fund administrators, transfer agents, AIFM’s, in multiple jurisdictions including the EU, US, UK, Jersey and Isle of Man. Michelle has a strong ability to review and interrogate information, understand processes and controls and the role and responsibilities of each service provider, while understanding how assets are held inside and outside of custody networks.

Michelle has had significant exposure to regulations throughout her career and as a result has a solid understanding of UCITS, AIFMD and AML regulations.
